Lamentations?

Around a month ago, I was astonished when someone could go attending an event in the middle of finishing her journal. So, I asked her "How could you even go? I would feel restless if I were you"

Then, she replied "don't forget to be happy"

Several weeks ago, someone asked me whether the most things that makes me happy or sad.
