For the director of music. To the tune of "The Doe of the Morning" A psalm of David.
My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?
Why are you so far from saving me,
so far from my cries of anguish?
My God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer;
by night, but I find no rest.
Clearly we understand each other, David!! Hahahahahah... I could imagine the melody of desolation in this stanza. The feel which broken inside when you are separated by the people to whom your love is due.
Based on his background, I think this is one of the reason to cry out unto the LORD
All who see me mock me;
they hurl inside insults, shaking their heads.
While I was reading this, suddenly the shadow of being discourage came back again. Well, I still have to take heart for this continuously. But, Christ, The One who trembled at a tree, "sang the same melody" like David had done.
Jesus cried out in a loud voice, ... "My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?"
"The redemptive work of Christ extends beyond reconciling us to God. Jesus inaugurated a kingdom that is about restoring what was broken at the fall"

1 Samuel 8-9, Israel asked for a King to Samuel. "Give us a king to lead us... We want a king over us" they said. They begged Samuel to grant their wish. I learn how bold were they only to ask for a King. Until the LORD said to Samuel that he would find a man named Saul and anointed him to be a King of Israel.
Well, it gives encouragement for me to ask and face him with confidence. Just cry to him. Whatever my burdens or desire will be, I can come closer (again) to him in prayer.
Well, I found this pic on facebook while I was writing. Hahahaha thank you so muuchh!!!
